About Arche-AI
Arche AI was founded, in 2022, as a SaaS Deep Learning (DL) Company predicated on the belief that Deep Learning and Artificial Intelligence processes can achieve superior outcomes when developed using informed feature spaces. DL/AI solutions developed with an input feature space that is problem-relevant and discretized across theoretically aligned informational components can resolve complex problems while avoiding bias and training loss driven by spurious and misleading correlates. Our focus has and continues to be on transforming the exponentially growing information spaces to envelop more informed features spaces resulting in a novel model set.
Over the last 6 years we have been focused on developing our approach to automating the analysis and assessment of psychological aspects of human behavior. Examples include deception, the perception of deception, subconscious conversational attentiveness, and a wide range of both “halo” and “dark” personality trait categories. Together the outputs of our models comprise the broad umbrella of the concept “human behavior”.
Informed by a range of cognitive, psychological, and communication theories, we have leveraged a combination of traditional inventory assessment data and expert qualitative data to train models that can produce similar assessment outcomes in less time and in a more passive manner. Our data pipeline, a key aspect of our service, produces an informative feature space in fraction of the time it takes to collect traditional profile data. Our approach recognizes that while quality assessments of human behavior are often time consuming and obtrusive, behavioral impacts are often more immediate. When these impacts are positive, obtrusive and slow assessments may fail to leverage them, when they are negative, such assessments may fail to mitigate them.
We have expanded our services to address virtually every aspect of human behavior, providing a disparate analysis of traits such as Narcissism, Psychopathy, Deception, Motivation Drivers, Conversational Attenuation, Speaking Styles, Personality types and other AI Analytic Insights.
Arche (noun) meaning something that was in the beginning, a first principle
In Ancient Greek philosophy “Arche” (pronounced [ärk]) was the first principle about the world in reality. For all the Milesian pre- Socratics, it helped the people to understand what the principle of the underlying reality was. Said another way it was a way of quickly establishing credibility within a reality, a core focus of our AI tool.
Our logo represents the union of Arche and the AI behind it. Where the “A” shaped mountain represents both the solid foundation of the first principle and the big data behind the AI. The lower mountain with a rising sun, on the right, represents both the intelligence (i) of both the system and humanity (represented by the archetypical human Icon.) Finally surrounding all is an open circle that represents the different behavior activities that illustrates our analysis

Eric Bachura
(Co-Founder | Chief Science Officer)
Eric Bachura received a PhD degree in Information Technology from UT San Antonio and an MBA degree from Sam Houston State University. He is now an Assistant Professor at UTSA with a background in data analytics, machine learning, mathematics and psychology. He spent over five years with the Marine Corps working in Intelligence.

Jessica Whiting received her MBA from Brigham Young University and has an executive background in AR/VR, autonomous systems, telecommunications and global startup consulting. She spends her time between Boise and Silicon Valley helping facilitate and strengthen startups and communities.
